Greetings from High Sierra Dachshunds located in Northern California's Sierra Valley near Lake Tahoe and Reno, NV. I share my household with quite a large family of Dachshunds whom I adore. We participate in a variety of events from obedience (yes, you can train a Doxie) to earthdog trials and conformation shows. I've shared my entire life with dogs and I could not imagine being without them. I breed Dachshunds with sound conformations and excellent temperaments. As they are family members, I want a healthy, well behaved, longlived companion, who is a joy to have. This website only shows a few pictures of the "family", but hopefully, if you are looking for a pup, it will give you an idea of what I occasionally have available (to select homes) and from what kind of home the pups come. I am often in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area (usually with a carful of pooches in tow), and delivery is available. I really encourage people to come visit our home and meet all of the extended family, as well as learn about the fun little Dachshund breed.
